1. Who we are

PalletClearance.eu is a B2B clearance and stock-routing service operated by EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS (CUI RO39132147, Reg. com. J8/735/2018), based in Brasov, Romania. EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to submit through our qualification form or send us by WhatsApp, email or phone. This may include:

  • Company name and country
  • Contact person name
  • Email address, phone / WhatsApp number and website
  • Commercial details about your request (stock type, categories, quantity, location, buying capacity, market and similar)
  • Any free-text message you add

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to send them through the form.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We process your data to qualify your B2B request, contact you about it, and route relevant commercial opportunities within the Euro Intermed Solutions ecosystem. The legal bases (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) are your consent for being contacted (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in operating a B2B commercial service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share it with

Your data stays within EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS and its specialized B2B channels (such as Angrosist.ro and Euro Intermed). We do not publish your company name, prices, stock photos or stock details publicly, and we do not sell your data. We use service providers such as email and messaging (WhatsApp) to communicate with you; they process limited data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these, contact eurointermeds@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
